I am so excited and grateful that you have landed upon my site. I really appreciate your time and curiosity in reading this!

I have always been a 'people person' and seemed to be the person who people turned to for help, during my corporate career. For about 14 years I worked within the financial services industry, managing teams and dealing with all kinds of conflicts.

After taking a year off to go travelling around the world, I realised that I was craving something more soul-fulfilling as a career. So I began studying Kinesiology, an energy based healing modality which is kind of like a blend between acupuncture and counselling.

I loved this and began my own practice, soon finding my own niche and way of working, conducting over 3,000 sessions over 8 years.

I am naturally very intuitive so I have found that I can get to the core of an issue that someone is experiencing, very quickly. As a natural healer, I have witnessed changes and responses in people that I can't explain. Have I got scientific proof of this? No - but the results and positive testimonials speak for themselves!

In my relationships I experienced a number of romantic relationships that were challenging. I wasn't receiving the respect that I needed and my trust was often broken. This led me to eventually discover a process called 'Nonviolent Communication', also known as 'Compassionate Communication', which was life-changing for me!!

The process allowed me to understand more about why I was lacking boundaries, why I struggled to speak up for myself and why I was having difficulties in my relationships. And more importantly, HOW to change these things!!

I experienced a number of personal losses of loved ones in 2020, which took me some time to process and grieve. I also witnessed the sharp increase in the number of people suffering from social isolation, loneliness, anxiety and depression.

It's these challenges and more, that I aim to help people with in our sessions. I am also currently studying Social Work at the University of Western Australia, to help give me skills to create systemic change in our organisations and communities. And help build the New Earth! 😊
