Where have you been today? Did you go to work? The shops?
And where has your MIND been?
Wait – is it possible for your body to be in one place and your mind to be somewhere else?
Yes, of course. The question is, are you CONSCIOUS of where your mind is wandering?
The media has had a FIELD DAY encouraging your mind to wander. They tell you where you should live, how you should live and what your lives should look like.
This has been happening since the day you were born, when your parents were given a pamphlet at the hospital about what they “should” be doing to raise you at home.
Of course this example seems quite innocent and benign, and it probably is. But how much other information were your parents exposed to? How many other opinions were voiced, that influenced the way they raised you?
These opinions and voices don’t just come from the media of course, but from Doctors, Nurses, friends, family, authors in books and in more recent years, online.
Every single one of us is on a quest to learn. Some pursue reading like it’s going out of fashion and consume endless books and articles. Others prefer to learn from ‘the school of life’ through hands on experiences.
Either way, we are ALL here to learn.

The situation the world is facing now, is of complete information saturation. This is mostly due to the wide availability of content, due to the internet.
With so much information to sift through, how can one decipher fact from fiction? Right from wrong? Good from bad?
There have been several ‘fact-checker’ databases established aiming to achieve this goal. The problem is, often the fact-checkers themselves are little more than people with opinions. See the latest law suit against Facebook for more on this.
Here is a snippet detailing how false information can slowly creep into your mind.
To demonstrate, consider this information:
INFORMATION: “A few years ago, we saw each other at a party and you called me a bitch”.
Question to you… what has your brain just done in response to this information?
At rapid speed, it went back and scanned your memories, to see if this was at all possible. Your brain then REJECTED this information as FALSE because you have no such memory. You would have REMEMBERED something like this happening. An encounter with me and a conflict.
So – how does this relate to mind-control, brainwashing and manipulation?
WHOMEVER is seeking to exploit your mind, has to have an end goal in mind.
Goals such as:
- Buy this thing
- Consume this thing
- Talk about this thing
- Consider this thing
- Take this thing
- Favour this thing

Then, they create a detailed, streamlined plan, of how they can SLOWLY start to persuade you, to fulfil this end goal.
They do this via subtle messaging*, in the mainstream media (MSM) and advertisements. In a wide variety of places, including but not limited to: online, television, radio, print newspapers and magazines.
Then there are other forms of advertisements masked as ‘health advice’, which can be found in hospitals, clinics of all kinds and GP waiting areas.
I know what you’re thinking, this is starting to smell of paranoia and conspiracy theories!
I wish that were case.
It is not paranoia to simply question the authenticity of information that we receive. The very beauty of science is that it can be questioned.
Without questioning science, we’d still be consuming cigarettes “for our health” and building our houses from asbestos.
The time has come to reclaim your mind.
Be assertive and discerning with EVERYTHING you hear and read. Open your mind. SEE the information and QUESTION it’s agenda.
For if we don’t, your mind is no longer free and is simply running a narrative which you have no control over.
